Lia is an AI-powered personal assistant that you interact with via Telegram (@lia_cos_bot). She connects to your email, calendar, and the web to handle tasks on your behalf.
Important: Lia is an AI assistant, not a human. She uses large language models (provided by Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI) to understand your requests and respond. She can make mistakes. She's a tool to help you be more productive — not a replacement for human judgment.

To use Lia, you must:

One account per person. Each Telegram user gets one Lia account. You interact with Lia by messaging @lia_cos_bot on Telegram.
When you first message @lia_cos_bot, you'll go through a quick onboarding:
/connect to unlock email, calendar, Drive, and Contacts accessYour responsibility: Keep your Telegram account secure. If someone else accesses your Telegram, they can message Lia as you.
Lia has three tiers:

New users get 3 days of Pro-quality AI responses for free. After day 3, Free users drop to standard model quality (you'll notice the difference). Pro features (voice, VIP alerts, meeting prep) are locked unless you upgrade.
Handled by Stripe. When you upgrade (via /upgrade), you'll get a checkout link. After you complete payment:
You can cancel anytime via /settings → Manage Subscription (Stripe portal). When you cancel:
If your payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we'll notify you via Telegram. If you don't update your payment info within 7 days, your account will downgrade to Free.
We don't offer refunds for partial months. If you're not happy with Lia, cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
The Free tier has limits:
Free tier users can still connect Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Contacts — those features aren't paywalled.
If you hit the 50-message limit, Lia will let you know and offer an upgrade. Your quota resets at midnight.
You agree not to:

/disconnect — Removes Google access instantly. Your memory files stay./delete — Wipes everything: profile, tokens, memory, workspace. Irreversible. You own your data. Your emails, calendar events, conversations, and memory files are yours. When you run /delete, we delete everything. You can also export your data (feature coming soon).
We own the service. Lia's code, infrastructure, branding, and design are ours. You can't copy, modify, or resell Lia without our permission.
AI-generated content: Lia's responses are generated by AI. We don't claim ownership of what Lia says to you — but we also can't guarantee it's accurate, original, or non-infringing. If Lia generates something that violates someone else's copyright, that's your responsibility to handle.
AI can be wrong. Lia uses large language models to understand and respond to your requests. Sometimes she'll make mistakes:
You're responsible for checking her work. If Lia drafts an email, read it before you approve sending. If she schedules a meeting, double-check the details. If she gives you advice, verify it with a professional if it matters.
No guarantees: Lia is provided "as-is." We don't guarantee that:
Not a replacement for professionals: Lia is not a lawyer, doctor, accountant, therapist, or financial advisor. If you need professional advice, hire a professional.
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
We're not liable for:
Maximum liability: If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $100, whichever is greater).
Your remedy: If you're unhappy with Lia, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account via /delete.
This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
You can leave anytime: Run /delete to wipe your account and all data. If you're a paying user, your subscription will be canceled (no refund for the current period).
We can terminate your account if:
If we terminate your account for abuse, you don't get a refund.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via Telegram and give you a chance to review the new terms before they take effect.
Continued use of Lia after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Kavin Mittal (the founder) is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and Lia is operated from India.
If there's a dispute, we'll try to resolve it amicably. If that doesn't work, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gurgaon, India.
If you're outside India, your local consumer protection laws may still apply.
Entire agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Lia. They replace any prior agreements.
Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
No waiver: If we don't enforce a rule once, that doesn't mean we've waived it forever.
Assignment: You can't transfer your Lia account to someone else. We can transfer our rights and obligations (e.g., if we sell the company).
