1. What Lia Is
Lia is an AI-powered personal assistant that you interact with via Telegram (@lia_cos_bot) and WhatsApp. She connects to your email, calendar, project tools, and the web to handle tasks on your behalf.
Important: Lia is an AI assistant, not a human. She uses large language models (provided by Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI) to understand your requests and respond. She can make mistakes. She's a tool to help you be more productive. Not a replacement for human judgment.
Not professional advice: Lia does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. If you need expert guidance, talk to a qualified professional.
2. Eligibility
To use Lia, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old.
- Have a Telegram or WhatsApp account.
- Agree to these Terms of Service.
If you're under 18, you should have your parent or guardian review these terms with you.
3. Your Account
One account per person. Each Telegram or WhatsApp user gets one Lia account. You interact with Lia by messaging @lia_cos_bot on Telegram or via WhatsApp.
When you first message Lia, you'll go through a quick onboarding:
- We'll ask for your name and city (to set your timezone).
- You'll get a 7-day free trial with full access.
- You can connect your Google account via
/connectto unlock email, calendar, Drive, and Contacts access. - You can also connect Microsoft (Outlook, Calendar) and Monday.com.
Your responsibility: Keep your messaging account secure. If someone else accesses your Telegram or WhatsApp, they can message Lia as you.
4. Pricing and Billing
Lia has one plan: $99.99/month. Everything included. Unlimited messages, premium AI models, persistent memory, all integrations, all features.
7-day trial
New users get a 7-day free trial with full access. After the trial, you'll need to subscribe to keep using Lia.
Billing
Handled by Stripe. When you upgrade (via /upgrade), you'll get a checkout link. After you complete payment:
- Your plan activates immediately.
- You're billed monthly on the same day you signed up.
- Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime via /settings → Manage Subscription (Stripe portal). When you cancel:
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
- You won't be charged again.
- No refunds for the current billing period (this is standard for subscription services).
Payment failures
If your payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), you'll be notified via Telegram or WhatsApp. If you don't update your payment info within 7 days, your account will be paused until payment is resolved.
Refunds
There are no refunds for partial months. If you're not happy with Lia, cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
5. Trial and Access
During your 7-day trial, you get full access to everything Lia offers. After the trial ends, you'll need an active subscription to continue using Lia.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Lia for illegal activity.
- Spam or abuse the service (e.g., sending thousands of automated requests).
- Try to hack, reverse-engineer, or manipulate Lia's behavior.
- Attempt prompt injection or jailbreaking attacks.
- Share your account with others (one account per person).
- Use Lia to harass, defame, or harm others.
- Impersonate someone else.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
If abuse is detected, Lia can suspend or terminate your account immediately. No refunds.
7. Data and Privacy
Your data, your control. Here's what Lia stores and what you can do about it:
What Lia stores
- Your profile (name, city, timezone).
- OAuth tokens (encrypted) if you connect Google, Microsoft, or Monday.com.
- Memory files (preferences, notes, conversation summaries).
- Stripe customer and subscription IDs if you're a paying user.
What Lia does NOT store
- Raw email content (Lia reads it when you ask, then forgets it).
- Calendar event details (same. on-demand access only).
- Voice audio files (transcribed and immediately deleted).
Your controls
/disconnect— Removes Google or Microsoft access instantly. Your memory files stay./delete— Wipes everything: profile, tokens, memory, workspace. Irreversible. Subscription canceled./settings— View what's connected, your plan, and usage stats.

8. Intellectual Property
You own your data. Your emails, calendar events, conversations, and memory files are yours. When you run /delete, everything is deleted.
Lia owns the service. Lia's code, infrastructure, branding, and design belong to Lia. You can't copy, modify, or resell Lia without permission.
AI-generated content: Lia's responses are generated by AI. Lia doesn't claim ownership of what she says to you. But there's no guarantee it's accurate, original, or non-infringing. If Lia generates something that violates someone else's copyright, that's your responsibility to handle.
9. Disclaimers
AI can be wrong. Lia uses large language models to understand and respond to your requests. Sometimes she'll make mistakes:
- She might misunderstand what you asked.
- She might draft an email with the wrong tone.
- She might miss an important detail in your calendar.
- She might provide information that's outdated or incorrect.
You're responsible for checking her work. If Lia drafts an email, read it before you approve sending. If she schedules a meeting, double-check the details. If she gives you advice, verify it with a professional if it matters.
No guarantees: Lia is provided "as-is." There's no guarantee that:
- She'll always be available (servers go down, APIs fail, things break).
- She'll never make mistakes.
- She'll meet your specific needs.
- Third-party services (Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Stripe) will always work.
Not a replacement for professionals: Lia is not a lawyer, doctor, accountant, therapist, or financial advisor. If you need professional advice, hire a professional.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
Lia is not liable for:
- AI mistakes or inaccuracies.
- Data loss (though every effort is made to prevent it).
- Missed meetings, emails, or deadlines.
- Third-party service failures (Gmail, Outlook, Calendar, Stripe, AI providers).
- Unauthorized access to your account (keep your messaging account secure).
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Maximum liability: If Lia is found liable for anything, total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the past 12 months (or $100, whichever is greater).
Your remedy: If you're unhappy with Lia, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account via /delete.
This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
11. Termination
You can leave anytime: Run /delete to wipe your account and all data. If you're a paying user, your subscription will be canceled (no refund for the current period).
Lia can terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Service.
- You abuse the service (spam, hacking attempts, etc.).
- Legally required to do so.
- Lia shuts down (you'll get notice and a chance to export your data).
If your account is terminated for abuse, there's no refund.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. If significant changes are made, you'll be notified via Telegram or WhatsApp and given a chance to review the new terms before they take effect.
Continued use of Lia after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Miscellaneous
Entire agreement: These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Lia. They replace any prior agreements.
Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
No waiver: If a rule isn't enforced once, that doesn't mean it's waived forever.
Assignment: You can't transfer your Lia account to someone else. Lia can transfer rights and obligations (e.g., if the company is sold).
